stylings and acoustic guitar of Lisa Perry
Lisa Perry started singing and playing
music at a very early age. The daughter of a Texas Methodist
minister, her family loves music. Her grandfather was a cook on
the Santa Fe trail and played fiddle tunes for old-time barn
dances.
Lisa’s smooth jazzy vocal style has
delighted audiences everywhere. She performs favorites from the
30’s and 40’s along with many standards and a host
of original material. Lisa has performed witth several top
bands and has released six CD’s, the latest of which is
“Tropical Rose.”
After living in Central Florida for 11
years and then in Arkansas for the last five years, Lisa has
returned to her Texas roots. She and her husband Jim are living
in North Texas where she continues her expressions in music and
art.
